Chakra Clearing

Chakra Clearing is an hour of relaxation combining a specific set of tuning forks, essential oils and affirmations that align with releasing or activating specific emotions or energies that are either overactive or blocked.  This practice is aimed at removing blockages,  restoring balance, and enhancing the flow of energy though the body starting at the root chakra and ascending up to the crown. 1. Root chakra, located at the base of the spine, associated with security and stability.  2. Sacral Chakra just below the navel resonates with creativity, emotions and stability or balance.  3. Solar Plexus by the upper abdomen and below the center sternum is associated with personal power and confidence.  4. Heart Chakra in the center of the chest and resonates with love and compassion.  5. Throat Chakra is associated with communication and truth.  6. The Third Eye located in between the eyebrows is about connecting to intuition and insight. 7. Crown Chakra at the top of the head is known for spiritual connection and enlightenment.
